Q: Is it true that Wyoming non owner SR22 is more expensive than other kinds of insurance?

A: Usually. I mean, if you’re insuring a fleet of Jaguars with every kind of coverage known to man, you will probably be paying more for that, but Wyoming non owner SR22 is usually more expensive than owner-operator policies which have the same amount of coverage. Mainly this is because, with an owner-operator policy, the car insurance company can look at the characteristics of the person’s car and use them in rating the policy, but not with non owners. You also run into problems because a bunch of discounts car insurance companies have for you are only if you have a car, like the safety discount and so on.

When you have a Wyoming non owner SR22 policy, you can get some non-car discounts, like when you combine insurance policies on a multi line policy. Or you can just take some responsible steps by paying your premium all at once, taking a few driver’s education classes, doing well in school, and so on.
